Alert for iPhone Users:

We recently offered an update for iPhone users and are aware that some users are having issues with this update. Our engineering team is working quickly to correct these issues. If you have not updated, please wait to update your software. This note will be removed when the corrections have been made and will be replaced with instructions for those who have updated already. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Update:

If you have updated to 1.5 and experience crashes of the application: Please, backup your documents (via wireless transfer, iDisk or Email). Then, remove the application and reinstall it from the App Store on your device. For more detailed instructions, please click here.

If you have updated to 1.5 and experience issues with file transfer and empty folders: Please, backup your documents (via wireless transfer, iDisk or Email). Then, recreate your folder structure and transfer your data into the newly created folders.
